Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Leopine. By browsing or buying, you agree to them. Please read the short version: we make good clothing, we ship it properly, and we treat you the way we'd want to be treated.

Who we are

Leopine is operated by your registered company name, at your registered address in Barcelona, Spain, under tax ID (NIF/CIF) your number. Contact: info@leopine.es.

Products, pricing and availability

We try to show every piece and price accurately, but colours vary between screens and stock is limited, a piece may sell out while it's in your cart. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. If we spot a genuine pricing error, we'll contact you before charging and you can confirm or cancel.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we can't fulfil it or suspect fraud.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery options, timing, duties and our returns window are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU are not affected.

Intellectual property and third-party brands

The Leopine name, logo, designs, photography and written content are ours, please don't reproduce them without permission. Leopine is an independent brand. Any reference to a watch, watchmaker or other third-party brand in our products or journal is editorial and nominative, for commentary and homage. It does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those brands, and all third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, scrape, overload or misuse it, and don't infringe anyone's rights through it.

Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, payments are handled by regulated payment providers, and delivery is carried out by independent carriers. These are separate companies operating their own systems. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never stored on, or seen by, Leopine. To the fullest extent the law allows, Leopine is not responsible for the acts, failures, outages, or security incidents of these third parties, though we will always tell you what we know and help where we can.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leopine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit; and our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier or carrier failures, payment-processor or hosting outages, strikes, or acts of government.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
