We want you to love what you ordered. If it isn't right, here's exactly how a return works, written plainly, and within your rights as a consumer.
Your right to change your mind
If you're in the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back, no reason needed. These statutory rights always apply and nothing below limits them.
Where returns apply
The 14-day return applies to orders shipped to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. Orders shipped to the Middle East and the Gulf, Africa, and the rest of the world are final sale, with no returns or size exchanges, because the carriers and customs on those routes make a round trip impractical. If you're unsure on size, reach us before you order and we'll help you get it right.
The condition we need it in
- Unworn and unwashed, with all tags and any hygiene liner still attached.
- In its original packaging where possible.
- You may handle a piece as you would in a shop, but items returned beyond that may have their refund reduced to reflect any loss in value, as the law allows.
How to start a return
Email info@leopine.es with your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions. Logistics, carriers and any duties are explained on our Shipping & Returns page.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll refund you within 14 days, to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, the time it takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank. Original shipping is refunded for full cancellations under your right of withdrawal; for ordinary returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's, and we deduct it from the refunded amount (it depends on the parcel's size and where it ships from), unless the item was faulty or wrong, in which case we cover it.
Exchanges
Happy to swap for a different size or colour, subject to stock, we cover the cost of sending the replacement. Just ask when you start your return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or simply isn't what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time and we'll make it right, a repair, replacement or full refund including return postage, in line with your legal guarantee. This is separate from, and additional to, the change-of-mind window above.
A few things we can't take back
- Pieces returned without their hygiene liner or seal once removed (swimwear and similar), for health reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Clearly personalised or made-to-order items, where offered.
None of this affects your rights if an item is faulty.
