Every Leopine piece begins in a small workshop in Barcelona and ends, eventually, somewhere else. A pool in Capri. A balcony in Beirut. A weekend bag in Tokyo. The distance between those two points, between our cutting table and your wrist, is the part we take seriously. What follows is how we get it to you. And, when something needs to come back, how we make that part easy too.

Departing Barcelona.
Every order leaves the workshop within one business day, same day if it's placed before 14:00 CET. We use two carriers, depending on where you are: DHL Express for speed and tracking that updates by the minute, and GLS Parcel for the routes where standard service makes sense. The choice is yours at checkout.
Either way, you get
Tracking from departure to door. Signature on delivery, so it never sits on a stoop. Insurance against loss in transit. And a real human at our end watching the route, in case anything looks slow.
Customs & duties
All prices on leopine.es include VAT. Within the European Union, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, nothing extra on arrival.
For destinations outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, the Gulf and others, the destination country may charge import duties, VAT or other customs fees when your parcel lands. These charges are not included in your checkout total, and Leopine does not cover them. They are paid by you, directly to your local customs authorities. We have no control over them and cannot predict the amount, as each country sets its own. We recommend checking your local thresholds, or contacting your local customs office, before you order.

We ship to one hundred and twenty-six countries. The cost depends on where you're standing, and, in most zones, on how much is in the cart. Free shipping kicks in at a minimum order value, listed beside each zone below.
Spain home base
Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearics. Same workshop, same country, same day if you're quick.
European Union

Some routes cost us more to fly, and customs can add a day or two. That is why free shipping unlocks at a higher number the farther a parcel travels. It is never a comment on the welcome, only on the miles.

If it's not right.
If your order shipped to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the United States, you have fourteen days from the date of delivery to return any in-stock piece, regardless of category. The reasons don't matter to us, changed your mind, wrong size, second thoughts at the till, the way the colour reads in your light versus ours. The window is the same.
Everywhere else is final sale. Orders shipped to the Middle East and the Gulf, Africa, and the rest of the world are not eligible for returns or size exchanges, because the carriers and customs on those routes make a round trip impractical. If you're unsure on size, reach the Concierge before you order and we'll get it right with you.
What's needed
The piece, unused. Original labels intact. The dust bag and tissue paper, when possible, though not strictly required. We inspect every return on receipt. Worn pieces, pieces with deodorant marks, perfume residue, or signs of swim, these can't be put back into stock and so can't be refunded.
What it costs
Return shipping is on the customer. We can arrange the return label for you and simply deduct its cost from your refund, so you don't have to organise a carrier yourself. The amount depends on the parcel's size and where it ships from, and we confirm it with you before you send anything back. We do not refund the original shipping cost. Once the piece is back in our hands and meets the condition above, the refund, minus that return shipping, moves to your original payment method, usually within five business days, depending on your bank. If a piece arrived faulty or wrong, the return is on us.

Same fourteen-day window. Same condition standards. The math is a little different.
You pay the cost to ship the original piece back. We pay the cost to ship the new piece out, unless your original order qualified for free shipping, in which case the new delivery is on you. (We can't pay it twice.) Subject to stock: if your size or colour isn't available when we receive your return, we'll refund instead and let you know.
To start an exchange, just reach the Concierge before sending the piece back. Saves a step. Sometimes saves a return, too, we have a way of finding the piece you actually wanted.
This doesn't apply to the Middle East and the Gulf, Africa, or the rest of the world, where every order is final sale. Check the size guide first, or ask the Concierge, and we'll help you order the right size the first time.
