Shipping & Returns

Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday. If the order is place before 16.00 AM GMT+1 on a weekday it will usually be shipped on the same day.

A delivery confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email when your order has left the our warehouse.

We offer easy returns.

You can always return your products within 14 days of delivery date. This applies to the items we have in stock, regardless of product category.
In case of a return, the customer pays the shipping cost and is responsible for the condition of the goods during delivery.
In case of a product exchange (ex. Changing your size) the return shipping cost is paid by the customer and the new delivery is covered by Leopine only if the first shipment was not included in the free shipment promotion, otherwise is covered by the custmer.
The product must be returned unused, all labels must be intact.
Once this is approved from us you will be refunded directly to the source of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and/or colour. Subject to stock-availability.
