Refund Policy

We offer easy returns!

• You can always return your products within 14 days of delivery date. This applies to the items we have in stock, regardless of product category.
• In case of a return, the customer pays the shipping cost and is responsible for the condition of the goods during delivery.
• In case of a product exchange (ex. Changing your size) the return shipping cost is paid by the customer and the new delivery is covered by Leopine.
• The new delivery will be covered by the customer if the Free Shipping discount was applied in the original purchase.
• The product must be returned unused, all labels must be intact.
• Once this is approved from us you will be refunded directly to the source of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and/or colour. Subject to stock-availability.
